Overseas warehouse delivery: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan in China are free shipping for you.

Order processing time: All orders require 1 business day for preparation and packaging, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Holidays will be extended according to China's legal time.

If your order does not display any shipping time, it is usually because you have purchased multiple products, each from a different warehouse, resulting in the inability to display the normal shipping time. It will default to 5-15 days.

For shipments from the China warehouse to EU countries: 

The final price you see on the official website includes taxes.This way, you don't have to pay the taxes yourself, saving you time and effort.
However, if you prefer, you can choose to pay the taxes yourself, and we will refund the taxes paid through our platform.

Other Countries:

The final price you see on the official website does not include taxes. Imported goods/services may be subject to taxes and are governed by local country/region laws. We do not collect any taxes or value-added taxes, nor do we assume any tax liability.

For countries with complex customs procedures, such as South America, we recommend ordering through AliExpress or finding a recipient in North America to assist with the shipment.

At Fosi Audio, we always strive for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the product or if it has any defects, you can request a return or refund.

Within 30 days of purchase, for any reason whatsoever, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund. Once the returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.

Items must be in their original packaging. For non-quality related return requests, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be rejected.

We cover return shipping costs for the following situations:

1. Defective parts.
2. Damaged equipment.
3. Incorrectly shipped items.

The 30-day period starts from the day you receive the item.

How can I initiate a return?

1. Please contact Fosi Audio customer support to initiate the return. Explain the reason for the return and provide the invoice or screen capture to confirm the order number.

2. Fosi Audio customer support will provide you with the return address within 1-2 days.
3. To expedite the refund process, make sure to send the return notification to Fosi Audio customer support with the following information:

• tracking number
• shipping receipt (If shipping fee refund needed)
• PayPal account (If shipping fee refund needed)

How long will it take to receive the refund?Once the returned items reach our warehouse, we will promptly process the refund. The refund will be made using the same method as your original payment. The processing time usually takes 3-5 business days.
