1. Overseas warehouse delivery

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan in China are free shipping for you, it needs 1-10 days.

Note: Some products are out of stock in overseas warehouses, the time limit may be extended by 5-20 days, you can consult customer service in advance, sorry for the convenience. Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan in China will ship from Shenzhen via 4px.

The United States, shipping to United State via USPS/UPS, which needs about 1-5 days for delivery.

Canada, shipping to Canada via Canadian Post, which needs about 3-5 days for delivery

The United Kingdom, shipping to the United Kingdom via Royal Mail which needs about 3-5 days for delivery.

Italy, shipping to EU Countries via suitable shipping method, which needs about 3-7 days for delivery.

Spain, shipping to EU Countries via Correos to Spain, to other EU Countries via Spain GLS, which needs about 3-5 days for delivery.

2. China(Shenzhen), shipping worldwide via 4px.
if you choose standard shipping, it needs about 15-30 days for delivery.

if you choose fast shipping, we will send it via express shipping for you, which only needs about 7-15 days.

All the items you can buy are in stock in a Chinese warehouse, but not all the items are in stock in other warehouses, if you need it urgently shipping from the other warehouse, please confirm it from us first!

Tax

Our products are not charged with tax and VAT and we don’t cover with tax amount. We usually help customers to declare the lower price to forbid the tax charged or lower the tax value. And most shipment is not charged with import tax By shipping from the US, EU, RU warehouse to the corresponding countries, there won’t have any tax charged. For some countries that have a complicated custom process like South America, we recommend you order on AliExpress or find a receiver in North America to help you transmit the package.

Note: Faraway address may last longer delivery and add cost.

Fosi Audio always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective then you can claim a return or refund.

We afford the return shipping fee with following status:

1. Defected parts
2. Damaged devices
3. Incorrect item shipped

*The 30 days period is calculated from the date you received the items.

*If you claim a return that exceed 30 days free return period or without any defected or damaged devices, you need to afford the return shipping fee yourselves.

*Please note: Some returns we may charge the shipping fee from you. Like change your mind or ordered wrong items when shipping is proceeded, then we will charge the shipping fee from your payments.

Return and refund process

1. Send your order number and reasons for return and refund via mail to shopify@fosiaudio.com
2. We will check your case and reply in 2 work days.
3. If return acceptable then we will distribute the nearest after sale address to you to ship the return.
4. After you ship the return items, then send the info below to us:

• tracking number
• shipping receipt (If shipping fee refund needed)
• PayPal account (If shipping fee refund needed)

5. After confirm your package is shipped, we will arrange the refund or replacement as soon as possible.
